Getting the right equipment is the start. We deliver it, fit it, teach you to use it, and keep it working.
Delivery, pickup and shipping
We deliver and set up many types of equipment for clients in Ventura, Santa Barbara and Kern counties, and most of Los Angeles County.
Our technicians are trained to show you how to set up and use the equipment your doctor prescribed, so you get the best result from it. When you no longer need it, we arrange a pickup. Charges may apply; call for details.
Excellent customer service
Many of our clients come to us while recovering from an injury or surgery, or as their mobility changes later in life. Our job is to make getting the right equipment as easy as possible.
We build long-term relationships with clients and their families and adjust as their needs change. Many of the people we serve today have been with us for years.
Repair and warranty repair
Exovie warranties all equipment you purchase from us. When medical equipment needs repair or replacement, time matters, and we work to turn it around quickly.
We schedule appointments at our Moorpark office, or come to you within our service area. Please call ahead: we can't guarantee same-day service without an appointment.

- Equipment you buy from us is warrantied from the date it ships. We repair, replace or credit defective items.
- Returns
- Call for a return authorization (RMA) number first. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
- Not returnable
- Made-to-order and custom items, and anything returned without an RMA number.
- Out-of-warranty repairs
- Parts and labor are billed at our standard rates. Call for a quote.

Patients can call us directly. Doctor's offices can fax prescriptions and orders, and we'll contact the patient to schedule.
